I am a learning and development strategist, coach, and facilitator with demonstrated experience helping individuals, teams, and organizations achieve meaningful results. My academic background includes a Ph.D. in the sciences, an M.Ed. in Educational Technology and Adult Learning, a Diploma and Certificate in Adult Education, and a Certificate in Organizational Coaching (expected December 2026) from the University of British Columbia. This blend of formal training and professional practice allows me to support learning, growth, and collaboration in a well-rounded way.
I have worked across academic, corporate, and government sectors, translating complex information and processes into learning tools that people can actually use.
